What we build
01 / 06 · servicesWhat services does Discover WebTech offer?
Seven capability tracks: AI & ML, GenAI & agents, data analytics & BI, web/MERN development, mobile apps & CMS, cloud, DevOps & platform, and digital marketing & GTM. All delivered by cross-functional pods that handle discovery, build, launch and scale end-to-end.
Do you do AI & GenAI projects?
Yes — it's our largest practice now. We ship LLM apps, RAG systems, multi-agent workflows, chatbots, copilots, and predictive ML models. See our dedicated AI Apps & Agents page for the full deep-dive.
Can you handle data analytics & BI?
Yes — descriptive analytics, interactive Power BI / Tableau / Looker dashboards, and production-grade data science (forecasts, churn, anomaly detection). We have a dedicated Data Lab pod that focuses only on analysis, viz and ML.
Do you build mobile apps?
Yes — React Native, Flutter, native iOS/Swift and Android/Kotlin. 140+ apps shipped to App Store and Play Store. We also do headless commerce on Shopify, BigCommerce and Medusa.
Do you do digital marketing too?
Yes — SEO, PPC, CRO, email, marketplace listings on Amazon, Etsy & Shopify (50K+ listings under active ops). The advantage: marketing wired to the same analytics layer as the product, so attribution is real, not guessed.
Engagement & pricing
02 / 06 · how we work togetherWhat engagement models do you offer?
Four flexible models:
- Fixed-scope projects — defined deliverable, milestone billing
- Dedicated pods — full cross-functional team, monthly retainer
- Staff augmentation — embedded engineers on your team
- Managed AI services — we run agents/dashboards for you
How do you price AI & data projects?
Transparent benchmarks: Sprints from $9.5K · MVPs from $28K · Retained pods from $18K/month · Single dashboard from $12K · Multi-agent system $40–90K. Final quote always after a free scoping call — we don't anchor on a generic price.
What's the minimum engagement size?
The smallest paid engagement is a 2-week Opportunity Sprint (~$9.5K) where we audit your stack, scope a use-case and ship a working prototype. Useful as a low-commitment way to assess fit.
Do you offer fixed-price projects?
Yes — for well-scoped MVPs, dashboards and integrations. We use a hybrid model on larger AI builds: fixed-price discovery + scoping, then milestone-based billing on build & ship phases.
Can we start with a small pilot?
Absolutely. Most clients begin with a 4–6 week pilot — a single workflow, one dashboard, or a single agent. After it ships and the metrics land, we expand. About 70% of pilots convert to a longer engagement.
Process & timelines
03 / 06 · how fast, how often, who's on itHow fast can we start?
Discovery within 5 business days. AI Opportunity Sprints deliver a 90-day plan in 2 weeks. For pre-sold scope (e.g., "we need a Power BI dashboard for X"), we can have a pod working in week one.
What does a typical project look like?
Four-act cadence: Discover (1–2 wks) → Design (1–2 wks) → Build (4–8 wks) → Scale (ongoing). Weekly demos, shared KPIs, full visibility in Slack, Linear & Loom from day one. No black-box phases.
How often do we get updates?
Weekly demos (Loom or live), daily async standups in your Slack, real-time Linear board access, and a Friday status note. Whenever something interesting happens — a milestone hit, a decision needed, a risk surfaced — you hear it the same day.
Do you work with our existing team?
Yes — that's most engagements. We embed alongside your product, eng or data team. Common patterns: we own one workstream, we provide expertise (AI, data) you don't have in-house, or we augment for capacity during a push.
What tools do you use to collaborate?
Slack for daily comms, Linear for tickets, Loom for async demos, GitHub for code, Figma for design. We adapt to your stack — happy to use Jira, Notion, Asana or Microsoft Teams if that's where your team lives.
Technology & stack
04 / 06 · what we build withWhat's your default tech stack?
Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue, TypeScript, Tailwind. Backend: Node, Python (FastAPI), Postgres, MongoDB, Redis. AI: Claude, GPT-4o, LangGraph, Pinecone. Cloud: AWS (Select Partner), GCP, Azure. We're pragmatic, not dogmatic — we'll fit your stack if there's a good reason.
Which AI models do you ship?
Whichever scores best on your eval set at acceptable cost & latency. We commonly ship Claude Opus / Sonnet for reasoning, GPT-4o for low-latency chat, and open-weight Llama / Mistral / Qwen when data must stay on-prem. Models are easy to swap; the eval set is what matters.
Do you work with our existing infrastructure?
Yes — we deploy into your AWS / GCP / Azure account. We're not a managed-hosting vendor, so your infra stays yours. We do require modern CI/CD, infra-as-code and observability — if you don't have that yet, we'll set it up as part of the build.
Can you self-host AI models for sensitive data?
Yes — Llama 3, Mistral or Qwen on your AWS / GCP / on-prem infra. Trade-off is performance vs. ops cost. We model both options and recommend based on your data sensitivity, volume and latency targets.
Security, IP & compliance
05 / 06 · how your data & code stay yoursWho owns the IP and code?
You do — 100%, from day one. All code, models, prompts, eval suites, dashboards and trained weights belong to you and transfer with the GitHub repo on project close. We sign mutual NDAs on request and never reuse client code or data.
How do you handle data privacy?
PII redaction at ingestion, encrypted storage at rest and in transit, role-based access control, full audit trails, and column-level lineage where applicable. Compliance patterns for GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA & SOC-2 are built into the playbook from day zero.
Are you HIPAA / GDPR / SOC-2 compliant?
We deliver HIPAA-, GDPR- and SOC-2-ready systems — patterns, controls and documentation. Formal certification of the running system rests with the operating entity (you), but we provide everything an auditor needs. We've shipped 24+ live healthcare platforms under HIPAA.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — mutual NDAs are standard before scoping calls when requested. We have a template ready, or we'll happily sign yours within a day. We also offer DPA (Data Processing Agreement) addenda for GDPR engagements.
What about prompt injection & LLM attacks?
Three layers: input scanners on every user-supplied string, output filters before tool calls reach destructive APIs, and a dedicated injection eval suite that runs on every prompt change. Plus full trace logs so security & compliance can audit any interaction.
Support & aftercare
06 / 06 · what happens after we shipDo you work with early-stage startups?
Yes — about half of our clients are pre-Series-A. We can build your MVP in 4–6 weeks and stay on as a fractional tech partner while you fundraise. We've seen 30+ startups go from prototype to seed/Series-A with our pods.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes — one hour, zero commitment. We scope, sketch and share concrete next steps regardless of whether we end up working together. About 40% of discovery calls don't convert to projects, and that's fine — the call is genuinely useful by itself.
Do you offer ongoing support & maintenance?
Yes — three tiers: warranty (free bug fixes for 30 days post-launch), retainer (4–40 hrs/month for tweaks and improvements), and full SRE (24×7 monitoring, SLAs, on-call). Most clients pick the retainer.
Can you train our internal team?
Yes — knowledge transfer is built into every project. We pair your engineers with ours during build, run dedicated workshops on the tech we ship, and produce written runbooks. By project close, your team is independent — we hand over a working system, not a dependency.
Ready to ship something real?
# 30-minute discovery call. We sketch 3 AI use-cases, a data roadmap, and a straight-talk estimate — even if we don't end up working together.
